Gentle Yoga & Gentle Chair Yoga - Chair Yoga- Thursday AM Gentle Yoga is a practice of melding together breath and movement seated on the floor as well as standing. "Gentle" does not necessarily mean "easy", but it is softer on joints and offers modifications for all levels. Because of the slower pace and gentler movement, gentle classes are suggested as a good start for beginners, but it is a great practice for all levels.Gentle Chair Yoga this style of yoga utilizes a chair to provide support and balance, allowing participants to safely perform poses without the need to get down on the floor. It focuses on gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques that help improve strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. This class ensures that everyone, regardless of their physical limitations, can benefit from the effects of yoga.

Steve's Round Robin Weekly Pickleball Event - Round Robin Night August 21st Welcome to the weekly Round Robin Pickleball Night! This club is designed for medium to skilled players looking for competitive and fun games. We aim to create a welcoming environment where players can improve their skills and enjoy the game. The Round Robin Club will be held weekly at the Bethlehem Pickleball Courts. Each session will be limited to a maximum of 12 players to ensure everyone gets ample playing time and a variety of matchups. Skill Level: Medium to Skilled Max Players: 12 Location: Bethlehem Pickleball Courts Format: Round Robin Frequency: Weekly Registration is required to participate in the weekly round robin. Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note the registration schedule below: Residents: Opens 1 week prior to the session. Non-Residents: Opens 4 days prior to the session.This staggered registration schedule gives residents priority access to spots. Please respect the registration timelines to ensure fair access for all players.
Important Notes
• Please arrive promptly and be ready to play at 5pm.
• Bring your own paddle and water bottle.
• Be prepared to play with different partners each week.
• Good sportsmanship is expected at all times.
• Have fun!
