In our safe and supportive atmosphere, your child (and you!) can have the advantages of a structured martial arts curriculum, developed by eighth degree Master Black Belt Doug Wilke over the 38 years that he has practiced Tang So Doo, and the 18 years that he has run his studios full time.  We believe that everyone, despite any physical limitations, can benefit from the self confidence and brain/body fitness that practicing martial arts will bring you.Beginners start at 5:30pm till 6:15pmAdvanced start at 6:30pm till 7:15pm

2026 Summer Camp An affordable, family-friendly camp featuring swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, beach activities, and a variety of other water-based fun. Held at Long Meadow Recreation Area, this facility provides a lifeguard supervised waterfront. Also, a large sports/recreational field, outdoor grounds for exploring, a large pavilion, and an indoor space for arts and crafts. The mission of our Summer Camps is to create a fun, safe, and unforgettable environment every day. Campers will have the chance to explore nature, discover new interests, engage in various activities, and build friendships while making lasting memories. Campers will participate in a variety of daily group activities including organized sports and crafts. Each day there are also scheduled times for “Campers Choice”, during this time kids have the freedom to choose from a variety of activities such as crafts, sports, kayaking, fishing, swimming, games,etc. Each week will have a variety of highlights and different activities to ensure that campers who attend multiple or all weeks will have new fun and exciting things to do. Weekly highlights will include shows/ entertainment, educational and hands on experiences, and lots of FUN!We welcome campers grades K-5 -All children must independently use the bathroom and changing rooms. -All children must come packed with lunch, utensils, snacks, and water bottles. -Highly recommended that all children have sunblock applied prior to camp.
