Gentle Yoga & Gentle Chair Yoga - Chair Yoga- Thursday AM Gentle Yoga is a practice of melding together breath and movement seated on the floor as well as standing. "Gentle" does not necessarily mean "easy", but it is softer on joints and offers modifications for all levels. Because of the slower pace and gentler movement, gentle classes are suggested as a good start for beginners, but it is a great practice for all levels.Gentle Chair Yoga this style of yoga utilizes a chair to provide support and balance, allowing participants to safely perform poses without the need to get down on the floor. It focuses on gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques that help improve strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. This class ensures that everyone, regardless of their physical limitations, can benefit from the effects of yoga.
